One on One LTD is a private facility located in Wellesley Massachusetts.

The facilities of One on One LTD provide the housing for a variety of medical professionals, including massage or manual therapy, personal training, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, and acupuncture.  Independent practitioners are subcontractors to the cooperation and function independently of one another.  Simply put, there are multiple private practices housed within one location.

Although each medical sub-specialist works privately within the shared space, this business model allows for cross referral of clients who may need adjunctive care or the expert intervention of another of the associates.

The common theme of this facility is that all associates spend at least one uninterrupted hour with all patients.  This provides all clients with the optimal opportunity and the time necessary to receive an uncompromised standard and quality of care that cannot be reproduced in more traditional gyms or physical therapy offices.

In addition:

•  All treatment rooms at One on One are completely private and sound proofed. 

•  The basement level gym is equipped with CYPEX exercise equipment, free weights, an assortment of  medicine and physio balls, and a variety of other exercise pieces to complement all levels of strength training. 

•  There are three full bathrooms at One on One including a fully handicapped first floor accessible bathroom. 

• All necessary linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
